The Scofflaw group is looking to hire a dedicated, experienced, and driven Kitchen Manager for our flagship bar and restaurant Scofflaw. Scofflaw group is a hardworking team of creative hospitality professionals who have a passion for creating the optimal guest experience. Professional, disciplined people who have an enthusiasm for food and who will rise to the challenge of maintaining high standards are encouraged to send resumes.

We are looking to hire qualified candidates who are honest, punctual, creative, and passionate with a good attitude. Experience with prep, expo and ordering are a must. We ask that you have at least 3 years of experience in a high volume kitchen. The right candidate will work with our executive chef to enforce and improve systems and standards, oversee our kitchen staff, facilitate scheduling, submit and receive orders, expedite busy services, and work with our cooks on the line to ensure quality and consistency.
