General Summary

We are in search of a Mid-Senior Level sales professional with experience in the B2B market. This person will be dynamic and aggressive to facilitate our expected growth. As a member of our Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to work with the Fortune 500 as well as the worlds most prominent retailers, design firms, global real estate service providers and more.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing your own pipeline and sales strategies to help Colite achieve its sales objectives. Additionally, you will work very closely with our Marketing, Project Management, Operations teams to deliver product and services and ensure a great customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop plans and strategies to meet or exceed company expectations
  • Devise, implement, and modify specific sales strategies to align with company goals
  • Focus on large Corporate, Financial, Healthcare, and retail accounts that fit Colites profile
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop opportunities in each market segment
  • Maintain minimum pipeline of $20 MM potential sales
  • Directly manage very large, high-profile customer relationships and accounts, as appropriate
  • Constant networking within specific industry segments
  • Active participant in appropriate organizations to facilitate new leads and opportunities

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bi-Weekly Meeting with Sales/Marketing Management to review pipeline
  • Reporting and benchmarking of all account activity
  • Attend appropriate market segment trade shows
  • In conjunction with upper management, establish consistent pricing to ensure maximum margins while maintaining competitive pricing models
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry trends and developments
  • Monitor competitive market activity

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7-10+ years B2B Sales experience
  • Proven Track Record of Sales success
  • Ability to handle complex sales negotiations
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel (as much as is required to achieve sales objectives)
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
