POSITION SUMMARY:The HR Regional Manager will provide support to the Operations department and all field employees within a specific territory and will act as a conduit between the Operations and Human Resources teams. This position will administer policies and procedures to address a broad range of Human Resources topics including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, training, compensation, and safety concerns.Travel is required throughout the school year approximately 50% of the time, and up to 25% when school is not in session.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.Responsible for duties related to performance management, manager development, on-boarding, employee recognition within the territory and throughout the company.Monitor and interpret updates to state and federal legislation and industry trends; insure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations including FLSA, EEO, OSHA, ADA, and other employment and labor laws and recommend solutions and required actions.Maintain KPI and records as requested by Operations and Human Resources departments (to include turnover, recruiting, corrective action, etc.).Manage hiring needs by following established recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection.Maintain clear and effective communication with HR and Operations Teams.Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports, analyzes data and presents findings.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:Degree in Human Resources or related field preferredMinimum 5 years progressive human resource generalist workMinimum 3 years coaching/counseling and recruiting experience requiredHR experience in hospitality in a multi-site environment preferredMust be willing to travel overnight up to 50% throughout the USStrong service orientationDemonstrated ability to connect with employees from various levels in the organizationSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:WHAT IS CAMPUS COOKS??Employer are the experts in kitchen management and meal service for fraternities and sororities since 1994.
