Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting activities.. Identify potential business opportunity through personal sales and marketing.. Control and assist in the receivables of past due client accounts.. Personally sell to national strategic accounts. Maintain and up-sell all House accounts.. Review and approve all sales proposals and plans.. Create reports to demonstrate revenue forecasting, needs analysis, and expense control.. Travel with Sales Staff to present TSI services to potential and existing clients.. Maintain sales growth and ensure all sales objectives are met.. Participate and contribute to the creation of marketing plans.. Divide and assign territories to Sales Staff.. Act as a liaison between prospective and existing clients and TSI as a whole.. Assist in the development and production of regional trade shows.. Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures.. Participation in Company Programs must meet minimum performance standards.. Responsible for respective department's overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.. Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.. Responsible for progressive discipline with regards to attendance, performance and all aspects of company policy up to and including termination.. Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.. Make recommendations to implement improved processes.. Perform other duties as assigned by management.. Qualifications. Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others..
